Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, sanitary environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, follow safety guidelines, and provide friendly, patient-focused service.

Starting pay is USD 13.00 per hour with benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, EAP, and training. Residency in service area required; lifting up to 50 pounds; COVID vaccination compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants, administration, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
