Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring sanitation and safety for residents and staff, while upholding our commitment to exceptional service.

The role requires a positive attitude, reliable teamwork, and adherence to safety policies. Training is provided; physical endurance to lift up to 50 pounds is required, with residency within the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and safety guidelines consistently.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods
• Residency within the service area is required

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning standards per established procedures.
• Keep accurate records of cleaning activities and report safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Provide courteous, positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned
