Qualifications

• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors.
• Duties include dusting, cleaning walls/woodwork/windows/sills, and floor care.
• Must follow safety standards and wear PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors.
• Dust furniture; wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors; rearrange small furniture as needed.
• Empty wastebaskets; empty and clean ashtrays; transport trash.
• Clean lobbies, lounges, restrooms, elevators, stairways and hallways as scheduled.
• Report any equipment or furniture needing repair and complete maintenance orders.
• Assist with laundry and linens as assigned.
• Perform final cleans for new residents as needed.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Perform all stages of linen processing and manage laundry area.
• Follow safety policies, attend in-service meetings, and practice safe work habits.
