Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping, follow sanitation procedures, and interact positively with residents and staff. The role supports excellent customer service and may include other duties as assigned.

Starting pay is USD 16.90 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for training and development. Residency within the service area is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation follows established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests and provide excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
