Job summary

Lemont-Nursing-and-Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff. Previous healthcare housekeeping experience is preferred.

You’ll work a full-time schedule, with strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent customer service as key success factors in a compassionate team.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to follow instructions and multitask effectively.

• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize residents' rooms to maintain a safe living environment.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean and tidy.
• Sweep and mop residents' rooms and bathrooms.
• Make beds and change linens as assigned.
• Clean common areas, including lobby, nurses' stations, and hallways.
• Assist with room changes and facility upkeep.
