Job summary

Vivie in Minnesota is seeking a Housekeeper to keep resident spaces clean, safe, and welcoming. You’ll support the housing team, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and help maintain a comfortable environment for residents and families.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, with competitive pay ranging from $16 to $17.50 per hour plus benefits. Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, follow safety procedures, and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in housekeeping or environmental services preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
• Proficient in English to communicate with residents and staff.
• Understanding of safety and infection control procedures.
• Physical capability to perform duties (lifting, bending, standing).
• Ability to pass state-mandated background check.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and comfortable living spaces in resident areas.
• Coordinate housekeeping tasks with the team and assist with move-ins/move-outs.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety policies.
• Document activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
