Cogir Senior Living in Colorado is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The role involves cleaning resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and offices while ensuring high sanitation standards and resident satisfaction.

The position is full-time with a Thursday to Monday schedule and requires weekend availability. Candidates should have at least 1 year of housekeeping experience in a senior living,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of housekeeping experience in a senior living, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, dining spaces, and administrative offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners.
• Launder and replace linens, towels, and other textiles as needed.
• Follow the community cleaning schedule and protocol according to community guidelines and established safety precautions.
• Build positive relationships with residents by engaging in friendly, respectful interactions.
• Respect residents’ privacy and preferences while cleaning their living spaces.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or resident needs changes to the supervisor.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and according to instructions.
• Follow infection control and sanitation protocols, including proper handling and disposal of waste.
