Grace Management, Inc. in the Tucson area seeks a Housekeeper to clean common spaces and resident rooms with care for seniors. The role requires following procedures, maintaining safety, and communicating resident changes to management. You will work in a team and help ensure a clean, safe living environment.

Qualifications

• Genuine loving and caring attitude for seniors and ability to relate to residents and staff.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality or senior community experience helpful but not required.
• Must complete all required employment screenings including background and drug tests.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical tasks for sustained periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow established performance standards and duties per policies and procedures.
• Dust wall vents, handrails, ceilings fans, baseboards, furniture, and blinds.
• Vacuum and spot clean carpets, shampoo as directed.
• Vacuum and spot clean sofas and chairs.
• Check for and remove marks from walls.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms; restock towels, toilet paper, and soap.
• Keep chemicals properly labeled and carts/stock secured.
• Collect and empty trash; follow infection control techniques.
• Notify supervisor of resident changes and safety hazards.
• Identify safety hazards and emergencies; take corrective action.
• Use wet floor signs when cleaning hard surfaces; participate in training.
