Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Housekeeper to provide campus cleaning and minor maintenance across facilities in Batavia, Illinois. The role supports residents and staff, ensuring spaces remain clean and well-maintained.

The ideal candidate has housekeeping or maintenance experience, basic English communication skills, reliability, and an interest in working with older adults. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and/or maintenance experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Dependability and common sense, ability to organize daily cleaning schedule.
• Interest in and desire to work with older adults.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning in assigned areas following schedule and standards.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, toilets, batteries).
• Follow schedule for cleaning inside and outside; meet department standards.
