Vitality Living is seeking an energetic housekeeper to maintain resident suites and common areas in a vibrant community. Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, and stocking supplies, with daily and periodic deep-clean tasks to ensure a spotless environment for residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety and health standards, and active participation in onboarding and training programs to enhance resident and family satisfaction.

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health-related requirements as applicable.
• Willingness to work with older adults and their families.

Mansioni

• Clean resident suites according to schedule: vacuum carpets, spot-clean carpets, clean ceilings and walls, dust surfaces, clean bathroom and kitchenette, defrost refrigerator, remove trash, launder and replace bed linens and towels, and clean windows.
• Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites according to schedule.
• Clean community common areas to schedule: vacuum carpets, spot-clean carpets, mop floors, clean ceilings and walls, dust furniture, clean restrooms, remove trash, and clean windows.
• Perform deep cleaning of community common areas according to schedule.
• Collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience. Attend onboarding and annual trainings and perform other duties as assigned by Environmental Services Director.
