Job summary

CuraVistas Highline is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for residents in our Denver facility.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, handling laundry, and ensuring safety and infection-control practices. Flexible weekend hours are needed to support our residents and staff with a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Healthcare or senior living housekeeping experience preferred.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must be reliable and willing to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Good physical stamina to lift or move cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Strong communication skills and respectful interaction with residents and staff.
• Compassionate, caring, and friendly demeanor with quality service focus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Change linens, make beds, and keep rooms neat and inviting.
• Clean windows and mirrors for a presentable environment.
• Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and used safely.
• Handle laundry and assist with other cleaning tasks as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to management promptly.
• Assist with special cleaning during events or as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain a pleasant atmosphere for residents and staff with caring interactions.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards in all duties.
• Organize storage rooms and cleaning supplies.
