City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center in Denver, CO is seeking a caring Housekeeping Assistant to support our skilled nursing facility. You will perform daily housekeeping and maintenance tasks to preserve a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents and staff, with opportunities for ongoing training and a collaborative team culture.

The role offers part-time or full-time schedules, pay ranging from $18 to $22 per hour, and benefits that support overall well-being.

Qualifications

• One year of work experience in a healthcare establishment with knowledge of laundry/housekeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day activities of the housekeeping and maintenance department in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as directed by the Administrator and/or supervisor.
• Responsible for facility maintenance to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable environment.
• Follows cleaning schedule for housekeeping, cleans offices, restrooms, activity room, kitchen, entrances/exits, utility areas, lounges, lobbies, halls, etc.
• Cleans, dusts, washes, disinfects fixtures, floors, walls, doors, and ceilings; polishes furnishings; replaces linens as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of grounds and exterior areas; changes light bulbs; cleans windows and screens; replenishes supplies.
