Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Housekeeper in Caldwell, Idaho to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and offices while following established sanitation procedures and infection control guidelines.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, with or without prior housekeeping experience. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, and be able to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products and follow safety guidelines.
• Residency within service area may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks: clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure sanitation and safety per procedures and guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering quality customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
