Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping in resident rooms and common areas, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

You will interact positively with residents and staff, support infection control, and report maintenance needs. A high school diploma is required; prior housekeeping experience is welcome but not required, and you must be able to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior housekeeping experience is welcome but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering good customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
