Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning, follow safety guidelines, and interact with residents and staff to provide excellent service.

Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent and are capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior housekeeping is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervision.
• Follow infection control policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
