Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily cleaning, sanitation, and positive resident interactions to support a high-quality living space.

Eligibility includes a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred prior housekeeping experience. The role requires physical stamina, adherence to infection control policies, and residency within the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Must lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control policies and universal precautions.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests to provide excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
