Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while following safety guidelines and infection control policies.

The role emphasizes positive resident interactions, reliable work habits, and adherence to vaccination policies. Training is provided, and benefits are available to eligible employees across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, staff, and guests.
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Residency within service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
