Job summary

Parker Health Group in Monroe, NJ is seeking a Housekeeper for per diem shifts from 7:00am to 3:00pm to help maintain a safe, warm and homelike environment for residents in a state-of-the-art community.

The Housekeeper will clean resident suites, bathrooms and common areas daily and support a respectful, teamwork-driven atmosphere. Benefits include EAP, 403b, subsidized childcare, and more.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or G.E.D. required.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English.
• 1-2 years' experience with the geriatric population preferred.
• Ability to work cooperatively and productively with a diverse population, promoting a sense of teamwork.
• Able to lift/carry 50 lbs. with regular frequency and able to push and/or pull carts weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Flu vaccination required during flu season.

Responsibilities

• The Housekeeper will clean and maintain a safe living environment for all residents according to the specified schedule, including areas such as resident suites, bathrooms and common areas on a daily basis.
