You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensuring sanitation and safety in resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The role emphasizes positive interactions with residents and staff, adherence to infection control policies, and flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work around cleaning products.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
