Job summary

Trustwell Living, LLC seeks a dedicated Housekeeping and Laundry Aide to maintain building cleanliness and resident comfort. Responsibilities include completing housekeeping and laundry tasks, monitoring janitorial work, and ensuring infection control procedures are followed.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. CPR/First Aid certification and strong confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles.
• Able to perform all position responsibilities adequately.
• Maintains confidentiality of Resident information.
• Excellent attendance and time management.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Maintains neat appearance and follows dress requirements.
• Demonstrates professional conduct with Residents and staff.
• Capable of long periods on feet and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• English speaking and writing ability; clear communication.
• Willing to follow all policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assures completion of all housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Maintains general cleanliness of the building.
• Monitors janitorial and maintenance work as requested.
• Adheres to infection control procedures.
• Records Resident information as required.
• Performs housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and minor repairs.
• Provides laundry services as needed and/or directed.
• Observes safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Notifies management of issues in Resident units or grounds.
• Works during nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
