Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean resident apartments and common areas, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Adheres to chemical safety protocols to guarantee the safety of residents and team members.
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, reflecting love, compassion and dignity in interactions.
• Participates in training and learning opportunities through seminars, staff meetings, and other sessions.
