Job summary

FutureCare is seeking a Hospitality Aide to join our nursing support team. You will help ensure residents receive proper care, promote health and well-being, and support daily activities with compassion and professionalism.

This role offers a 3pm-11pm schedule with a shift differential and opportunities to advance toward GNA certification, CMA/LPN/RN pathways, and tuition reimbursement. Competitive pay and a strong benefits package accompany your efforts in a Top Workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Full-Time work schedule on our 3pm-11pm shift with a shift differential and a pay increase.
• Career Growth Ladder available after you obtain your GNA license to advance to CMA, LPN, or RN.
• Ability to comply with assigned schedule and adhere to daily assignments.
• Neat appearance in assigned uniform and name tag worn at all times.
• Ability to interact with staff, residents, and family in a professional, courteous manner.
• Must be available to work weekends and complete a 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and relay messages to Charge Nurse/GNA as appropriate.
• Return carts to the dietary department at mealtimes.
• Fill water pitches and hand out trays at mealtimes.
• Assist with diversional activities and infection control.
• Clean diet kitchen, refriger­ator, oxygen concentrators, feeding pumps, IV poles.
