TouchPoint is hiring immediately for full time and part time Patient Transporter positions at Henry Ford Providence Novi, 47601 Grand River Avenue, Novi, MI 48374. Workers transport patients and medical equipment within the hospital, using wheelchairs and rolling stock as needed, with rotating weekends and holidays.

Previous related experience is preferred. The pay range is $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, and benefits include retirement plans, health and wellness programs, and voluntary protections.

Aufgaben

• Transport patients, secure IVs and tubes, and ensure patient safety.
• Use wheelchairs and rolling stock to move patients as required.
• Demonstrates competency in transporting patients of all age groups.
• Ensure safe, timely transport using the requested equipment.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, clinicians, technicians and dispatch.
• Maintain patient comfort and privacy; report distress or equipment issues.
