Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Measures vital signs and records observations.
• Assists with activities of daily living (ADL) for patients.
• Provides hygiene and comfort measures; helps with meals and mobility.
• Communicates patient observations to RN promptly.
• Maintains clean, safe environment and equipment.
• Records and reports changes in patient status to the care team.
• Assists with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Follows safety, infection control, and standard precautions.
