Job summary

Arrowhead Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cook to prepare, cook and serve meals for patients and staff in a hospital setting. You will help maintain cleanliness in dining areas and support accurate food service during shifts.

Shifts vary with a scheduled 8-hour window between 5 am and 6:30 pm; weekend work is required. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and Serve Safe certification (within 60 days).

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or GED.
• Serve Safe certification required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; diplomacy and discretion are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects.
• Shifts vary; must be able to work weekends.
• 8-hour shift between 5 am–6:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, cooks and serves food to hospital patients and staff.
• Cleans the dining room, serving line and kitchen at shift end.
• Maintains professional demeanor and appearance.
• Training will be provided for the right candidate.
