Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian to provide in-home hospice and end-of-life care across Kentucky communities. You will be working on the road, delivering thoughtful, patient- and family-centered medicine in familiar home environments.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent required and veterinary licensure in good standing.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• License verification and background check conducted before start date.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and compassionate end-of-life care for pets.
• Perform in-home euthanasia when appropriate and with family consent.
• Work independently in the field with support from a mentorship-focused team.
