Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking a Compassionate Veterinarian to practice medicine with time for families, providing in-home hospice and euthanasia across Louisville, Middletown and Jeffersontown. You’ll work on the road with a supportive team and mentorship from day one.

Choose a schedule that fits your life: 5‑Day Full‑Time with an $80,000 base salary plus quarterly bonuses, or 4‑Day Full‑Time starting at $95,000 with bonuses; 2‑3 Day and self‑managed options prorated.

Formación

• DVM/VMD/BVMS required.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 90 lbs with assistance.
• Weekends on your terms with flexible scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia care to pets.
• Practice independently on the road with mentorship from the team.
• Communicate with families to guide them through end-of-life decisions.
• Participate in onboarding and ongoing professional development.
