Job summary

Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking compassionate veterinarians to practice end-of-life care in clients' homes across the Denver metro area. You’ll balance empathy with clinical excellence, delivering gentle euthanasia and hospice support on a mobile practice.

Training and ongoing mentorship are emphasized, with a culture focused on compassion and dignity. Choose from 5-Day Full-Time at $135,000 base, 4-Day Full-Time from $110,000, or 2–3 Day Self-Managed schedules.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and license to practice in the U.S.
• Ability to perform in-home hospice and euthanasia care with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home veterinary care and hospice support.
• Practice independently on the road with mentorship and teamwork.
• Engage families with thoughtful, clear communication during end-of-life decisions.
