Agape Care Group is seeking a Spiritual Care Coordinator to provide compassionate spiritual support to patients and families in our Virginia hospice programs. You will honor diverse beliefs and work with our leadership team to deliver meaningful experiences.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, or related field, plus 2+ years in health care or hospice, and reliability for transportation and lifting up to 25 lbs. We offer extensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field; completion of one unit of clinical pastoral education or minister services preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a health care or hospice setting; experience in family counseling regarding issues of loss, grief, death and dying
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively

Education

Bachelor’s degree in counseling, theology, divinity, or related field
