Qualifications

• Master's Degree from a CSWE-accredited School of Social Work.
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation.
• Licensed Social Worker in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical social services under physician direction and Interdisciplinary Group.
• Assist in understanding social and emotional factors related to the patient's health and coping.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Group to support patient and family needs.
