Job summary

Role requires a BS in social work or related field, with supervision by a MSW and 1 year healthcare experience;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with supervision requirements met.
• 1 year of social work experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work under physician orders in a hospice setting.

Responsibilities

• Provides social work services under medical supervision per Plan of Care.
• Assists the interdisciplinary team to address end-of-life needs.
