Agape Care Group in New Orleans, LA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice/palliative care. You will assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred).
• Reliable transportation; ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift 80–100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patient, family, and care team about care goals.
• Serve as driver of the care team to ensure quality, compassionate care for every patient.
