Job summary

Kline Galland Hospice in Seattle, WA is seeking a Per Diem RN to join our compassionate hospice care team. You will provide patient-centered hospice care across a focused King County territory from our Georgetown office, coordinating with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Candidates should hold a Washington RN license or Multistate license, a valid driver's license, and have a genuine passion for hospice care. Per diem schedule offers flexibility and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN license or Multistate RN license.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Hospice, oncology, or home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans with patients and their families.
• Provide case management, patient/family education, and resource coordination.
• Delegate tasks to interdisciplinary team members.
• Deliver pain and symptom management using evidence-based interventions.
• Maintain regulatory compliance while upholding patient dignity and family-centered care.
