Job summary

Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide hospice care in home and facility settings. The RN delivers skilled nursing, pain and symptom management, and emotional support to patients with life-limiting illnesses and their families.

The RN participates in on-call rotation, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and upholds the organization’s mission of dignity, comfort, and respect at end of life.
