Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nursing professional to provide skilled home health care in Montgomery, AL. You will administer care per care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team.

You must hold an AL license, have CPR certification, and be comfortable using a mobile device. Must have at least one year of licensed experience and a valid AL driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Licensed in the state where you currently practice.
• At least one year of experience as a licensed professional.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• CPR certification for the healthcare provider may be required.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services per physician orders and the plan of care (POC).
