Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our hospice team in Dillon, SC. You will evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

As an RN, you will work with a supportive leadership team and have access to professional development opportunities that foster advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to lift 80-100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in ongoing professional development.
