Agape Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse in Rutherfordton, North Carolina, to evaluate patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and the care team. You will drive the care team to deliver compassionate, quality hospice care.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families in hospice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state RN license.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting; hospice experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to lift 80–100 lbs and assist patients as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate care.
• Serve as the driver of the care team to ensure high-quality care for every patient.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care and support to patients and families.
