BAYADA Hospice in Concord, NH is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our hospice team. The RN will service clients with home visits in Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties as part of a multidisciplinary team providing compassionate palliative care.

Qualifications include NH RN license and at least 1 year of clinical experience; home care/hospice experience preferred. Base pay is competitive, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current NH RN license.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience (medical/surgical).
• Experience in home care and/or hospice strongly preferred, not required.

Responsabilités

• Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administering medication, wound care, treatments and comfort care.
• Monitoring clients’ conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors’ orders.
• Occasional on-call after hours and/or weekends.
