Job summary

BAYADA Hospice is seeking a compassionate full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Concord, NH hospice office. The position covers per-visit care for clients in Merrimack, Belknap and Hillsborough counties, with visits to New London and Warner, NH.

As an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will administer medications, provide wound and symptom management, document orders, and support patients to stay at home.

Qualifications

• NH RN license required.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Home health/hospice experience preferred, not required.
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated counties.
• Administer medications and provide wound care and comfort measures.
• Monitor and report changes to supervisors.
• Document orders and assessments; on-call after hours or weekends as needed.
