CorsoCare Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care in Canton/Livonia and surrounding areas. The RN will assess patients, support families, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary group to ensure quality end-of-life care.

Ideal candidates have an active MI RN license, 2+ years of RN experience, and the ability to work independently while adhering to HIPAA and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Michigan RN license to practice.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise others and respond to crises outside hospital settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide Hospice nursing care to terminally ill patients.
• Educate and support families in home care and bereavement.
• Regularly assess patient needs and adjust care plans.
• Coordinate with IDG and team for plan of care.
• Attend team conferences and maintain proper records.
• Provide on-call coverage as required.
• Ensure adherence to HIPAA and infection control policies.
