Job summary

Bluegrass Care Navigators’ Flex/After-Hours Hospice RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care in home settings and facilities, supporting after-hours needs and urgent symptom management with an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an accredited RN, Kentucky license or COMPACT state license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. One year of nursing experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing
• Ability to maintain professionalism under stress
• Excellent observation and communication skills
• Self-directed with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in home and facility settings during after-hours and weekends
