OhioHealth at Home in partnership with Compassus is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to deliver compassionate, patient-centered home-based care. You will assess needs, coordinate with the care team, educate families, and support comfort and dignity at every step.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
