Compassus in Connecticut is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients and families in caring, at-home or facility settings. You’ll partner with care teams to coordinate symptom management, discharge planning, and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
