Compassus in Missouri is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager to support patients at home. You will build trusting relationships with patients and families, coordinate care with the care team, and educate caregivers to enhance comfort, peace, and dignity.

Requirements include an active RN license in your state, at least two years as an RN (hospice experience preferred), CPR/BCLS certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification
• Current driver’s license
