Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to provide individualized massage therapy under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Services. The role collaborates with the patient’s RN Case Manager and follows the patient’s Plan of Care to address anxiety, pain, and mobility issues in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities include direct massage therapy, patient assessment, record-keeping within 24–48 hours, and ongoing education to the clinical team while maintaining HIPAA

Qualifications

• Current Massage Therapist or Bodywork Therapist license in practicing state(s).
• Ability to pass background and drug test.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy according to the plan of care.
• Assess patient and referral for medical indication and therapy effectiveness.
• Guide patients through interventions to alleviate symptoms and improve comfort.
• Maintain clinical notes and records within 24–48 hours of session.
• Coordinate with Clinical Supervisor and RN Case Manager and attend in-service programs.
