Responsibilities

• Assist patients, families and caregivers with issues related to death and dying.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and vital signs for assigned patients.
• Provide personal care as needed (bathing, dressing, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with hospice staff and provide support.
