Job summary

Trinity Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care in patients' homes. Under RN supervision, you will support ADLs, mobility, nutrition, and personal care while maintaining a safe and respectful environment.

Qualifications

• One year of hospice or CNA experience preferred or completion of Certified Nursing Assistant program
• Must have current driver’s license with reliable transportation and auto liability insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision and according to care plans
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility
• Report changes and document care to ensure continuity
• Follow infection control practices
• Maintain respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
• Support nutrition and hydration for patients
• Contribute to efficient agency operations and time management
• Assist with treatments and procedures per policy
