Holisticare Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team in Wyomissing. You will work with our nursing staff to deliver dignified, patient-centered end-of-life care, focusing on physical, emotional, and personal needs with kindness and professionalism.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or G.E.D., an active CNA certificate, at least one year of CNA experience (hospice preferred), CPR if required, and reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• Holds current unencumbered CNA certificate in the state.
• Minimum one year CNA experience in acute or long-term care; hospice experience a plus.
• CPR certification if mandated by state.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
