Job summary

Crescent Hospice is seeking a Per Diem Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate team. You will provide hands-on end-of-life care, working closely with our nursing team to meet patients' physical, emotional, and personal needs with respect and professionalism.

The role emphasizes personalized care, documentation, and family support, with a schedule that adapts to per diem coverage across Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton counties. Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Active CNA certification in state.
• CPR certification required if state-mandated.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care per care plan for comfort and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, oral care, bedding changes, and dressing.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and compassionate care to patients and families.
• Support families with education and guidance during end-of-life care.
• Maintain accurate documentation per agency and regulatory standards.
