Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care of patient, including bathing, feeding, bed linen care, mouth care and vital signs.
• Document in patient’s chart.
• Follow infection control and safety measures.
• Provide patient/family teaching on care for patient and caregiver.
